At Duepe, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide clear guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

Interpretation and Definitions

Words with initial capital letters have specific meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

1.2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Duepe.
  • "Service" refers to the services provided by Duepe, including but not limited to mobile recharges, bill payments, travel bookings, and AEPS transactions.
  • "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Cancellation Policy

2.1 Service Cancellations

Due to the real-time nature of our services, cancellations are generally not possible once a transaction has been initiated. However, exceptions may apply under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Transactions: If you have accidentally made the same transaction more than once.
  • Erroneous Transactions: If the transaction was made in error, such as entering incorrect details.
2.2 Process for Cancellation Requests

If you believe your situation qualifies for a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately through one of the following methods:

Provide your transaction details and the reason for the cancellation request. Our team will review your request and inform you of the outcome within 7 business days.

Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails due to technical reasons and the amount is debited from your account without the service being delivered.
  • Service Not Delivered: If the service you paid for was not delivered as promised.
3.2 Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our customer support team using the methods mentioned above. Please include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Contact information
  • Transaction ID
  • Date and time of transaction
  • Amount debited
  • Reason for refund request

Our team will investigate your request and notify you of the decision within 14 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days after approval.

3.3 Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Services that have been successfully delivered
  • Services explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase
