Turn your shop into the village's service point

Open a DuePe CSP (Customer Service Point) in your shop: AEPS cash, money transfer, bill payments, recharges and tickets at one counter, with a commission on every transaction and support in nine languages.

What a DuePe CSP earns

Four reasons shopkeepers open a CSP

01

Commission on every transaction

Cash withdrawal, money transfer, bills, recharges, tickets: each one adds a commission to your DuePe wallet, visible in the app the same day.

02

More people at the counter

Pensioners, migrant workers' families, students and farmers come for the service and buy from the shelf while they are there.

03

A wallet you control

Fund the wallet through your distributor, DuePe or the payment gateway, see every credit and debit in the ledger, and settle to your bank when you choose.

04

A person who answers

Support in nine languages by phone and WhatsApp, a distributor nearby, and a printed receipt for every transaction so disputes are settled from records.

What you need

Five things, and most shops already have them

DuePe handles the bank connections, the app and the training. You bring the shop and these documents.

  1. Aadhaar and PAN

The shopkeeper's Aadhaar and PAN, for the KYC that every money service in India requires.

    01
  2. A bank account

A current or savings account in your name, for settling the wallet to your bank.

    02
  3. An Android phone

The DuePe app runs on any Android phone with internet; a printer is optional but customers like a receipt.

    03
  4. A shop with footfall

A kirana, mobile shop, photocopy centre or any counter where people already come: that is your customer base.

    04
  5. A fingerprint device for AEPS

A certified biometric scanner (Mantra, Morpho and others) for Aadhaar cash withdrawal; your distributor can supply one.

How it works

From application to first transaction

  1. 1

    Apply

Send the form below or call. We call you back within one working day, in your language.

  2. 2

    KYC and agreement

A short video or in-person KYC, the documents above, and a simple agreement that lists your commission on each service.

  3. 3

    Activation and training

Your login is created, services switched on, the wallet funded, and a trainer walks you through the app at your counter.

  4. 4

    First transaction

Most shops do their first cash withdrawal or recharge on the day of activation. Support stays on call.

In the village

One shop, every service

A DuePe CSP is a shop that already exists, made more useful. The pensioner who used to take a bus to the bank, the family waiting for money from the city, the student with a data pack to renew: all of them are served at your counter, and all of them come back.

Thousands of shops across India already run a DuePe CSP. The platform, the bank connections and the support are the same for every one of them, from a tea stall to a two-storey store.

The shop that pays pensions becomes the shop everyone trusts.
No stock, no new counter: the services live in the app.

Common questions

Questions shopkeepers ask

?

Is there a fee to become a DuePe CSP?

No application fee. The only cost is the biometric device for AEPS, if you want to offer cash withdrawal, and that is a one-time purchase.

?

How is the commission paid?

Each successful transaction credits your DuePe wallet the same day. You can settle the wallet balance to your bank account from the app.

?

Can I do this part-time, alongside my shop?

Yes. Most CSPs are ordinary shops; the services take a minute each and run on the same phone you already use.

?

Which phone do I need?

Any Android phone with internet. A printer is optional, but customers like a printed receipt.

?

Do I need to keep a lot of cash?

You fund the DuePe wallet for transfers, bills and recharges. For AEPS and UPI ATM withdrawals you pay out cash, and the amount is credited back to your wallet.

?

What training is given?

Your distributor or the DuePe team walks you through the app at your counter, and support is a call away in your language.
